大卫·格雷基克，出生于英国兰开夏郡布莱克本市。2015年英国中央兰开夏大学精英训练实践专业毕业，研究生学历，哲学博士。现任中央兰开夏大学体育与健康科学学院科研创新处处长，体育、健康与运动科学教授，湖南师范大学体育学院特聘教授。开创并推广C.A.R.E.全人教育模式，专注于竞技运动员的人才发展与中小学学生在体育教学中的全人发展教育。
